Born an entrepreneur and no stranger to hard work, SiBelle Israel found her first job at the very young age of 11 years old pricing souvenir merchandise for a neighbor up the street. At 50 cents per box, she saved her first $200 and learned the meaning and value of a hard work paying off. As a teen and young adult, she went on to work for many years in the service industry and had her own jewelry resale business while putting herself through school to get her degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
At the young age of 23 years old, she became the general manager and executive assistant to the president of a nationwide mortgage signing company. SiBelle built the company from the ground up and implemented all of the operational, marketing, accounting, and customer service systems. She then became a certified notary loan closer herself and assisted numerous borrowers, title, escrow, and mortgage companies with their notary loan signings.
During SiBelle’s time working as a notary loan closer, she was witness to the many borrowers who were not educated by their lenders and who were being deceived into agreeing to the very loans, which resulted in the financial crisis (2007, 2008, etc). SiBelle knew she could make a difference by educating and providing as much information as possible to sellers, buyers and borrowers so that they could have the power to make the best decisions for themselves. SiBelle knew that as a real estate agent, she could make a difference by being a buyer’s, seller’s and sometimes a borrower’s first point of contact. She knew that she could educate her clients and give them as much information as possible to help them make the best decisions for themselves. She also knew that she could qualify any referrals (such as lenders) so that her clients could be protected and avoid being deceived in any way. In 2006, SiBelle Israel became a licensed Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker in Montecito and began her journey to helping buyers and sellers sell their homes by educating them so that they could make the best decisions for themselves.
During the years SiBelle worked at Coldwell Banker (2006 – 2011), she was awarded the top 50 of Coldwell Banker Sales Associates nationwide, and maintained a consistent sales volume of $4,500,000 during the challenging real estate market. In 2011, SiBelle moved to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (previously Prudential California Real Estate). At Berkshire Hathaway (2011 – present) SiBelle has been awarded top 13% of Berkshire Hathaway sales associates nationwide and became part of the Honor Society 4 times (most recently in 2016).
In addition to SiBelle’s experience as a Real Estate Agent, SiBelle has been managing multi-family residential income properties since 2011 and therefore has an extensive knowledge of the rental market along with evaluation of investment properties. In 2017 SiBelle obtained her Broker’s license. The higher level of education required in order to become a Broker further set her apart from her competitors and gave her the tools to become an even better real estate sales representative!
What makes SiBelle unique is that she has successfully sold and/or listed every type real estate transaction you can think of: Buyers, Sellers, Residential, Estates, Multi-Unit Residential Income, Second Home, First Time Buyers, Land, Rentals/Vacation, Investment, Short Sale, Bankruptcy, and Bank Owned properties. Last, she takes the time to pay attention to detail, give attentive customer service, and therefore she will never carry more than 5 listings at a time.
SiBelle Israel grew up on the Mesa and is a local to Santa Barbara but the Upper East is where she now calls home. She is half Brazilian and the oldest of four children. She is passionate about food literacy and education and so you will sometimes see her volunteering for the Food Bank’s “Feed The Future” program.
